On April 28, 2024, the Shandong Collaborative Innovation Center of Industrial Technology and Shandong Abologen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. reached comprehensive cooperation. Both parties will collaborate on building an industry innovation center focusing on the field of biotechnology. They will engage in the development of upstream and downstream application technologies and industrial chain development to achieve technology upgrades, and capacity expansion, and accelerate market development.
Mr. Liu Kai, Investment Director of the Shandong Collaborative Innovation Center of Industrial Technology, and Mr. Yao, Industry Consultant of Abologen, served as representatives of both parties and jointly signed the comprehensive cooperation agreement. Mr. Chang Jianming, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Shandong Collaborative Innovation Center of Industrial Technology, Mr. Zhang Ming, Executive Deputy General Manager, Ms. Debbie Duan, Legal Representative of Abologen, Mr. Wang Di, Operation General Manager, and Mr. Wang Yongjun, General Manager of Jinan Shui San Ecological Technology Co., Ltd., witnessed the signing.
Both parties will facilitate the industrialization process in the field of biotechnology through cooperation forms such as jointly establishing a biotechnology industry joint laboratory, jointly initiating industry development funds, conducting financing services and listing incubation, and organizing industry alliances.
After the signing ceremony, both parties held discussions on further deepening cooperation matters.
